Cancellation Policy

30+ days before departure: 90% refund
15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
8-14 days before departure: 25% refund
7 days or less: No refund (travel insurance recommended)

Payment Terms

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Bank transfer available for Japanese residents
Full payment required 45 days before tour
Currency conversion fees may apply
