What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 7 days before tour: 100% refund. 3-7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund. Cancellations by JTT LLC due to weather or unforeseen circumstances receive full refund.
Is JTT LLC a registered company in Japan?
Yes! JTT LLC (JTTεεδΌη€Ύ) is officially registered in Japan. We are a licensed travel agency operating under Japanese law.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Stripe, PayPal, and cash on tour (with prior arrangement). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer tours in languages other than English?
Yes! We offer tours in English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, French, German, and Urdu. Please specify your language preference when booking.
