All tours are operated in compliance with Japanese travel regulations and are led by licensed, English-speaking guides unless otherwise specified.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with tour details, meeting point, instructions, and emergency contact information within 24 hours of booking.
Requests to modify bookings (date changes, group size adjustments, etc.) must be submitted at least 7 days before the tour date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
For group bookings of 8 or more persons, special terms may apply. Please contact our group booking department at customercare@yourtourproviders.com for customized arrangements.

All prices are displayed in USD (US Dollars) and include 10% Japanese Consumption Tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the price paid at the time of booking.
If your payment method uses a different currency, the final amount charged will be based on the exchange rate at the time of transaction. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional foreign transaction fees.
