Vendors (tour providers) are independent contractors, not employees of yourtourproviders.com. By listing tours on our platform, vendors agree to:

1. **Service Standards**: Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction

2. **Insurance**: Maintain adequate insurance coverage for all tours

3. **Licensing**: Hold all necessary licenses, permits, and certifications

4. **Compliance**: Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

5. **Payment Terms**: Accept our commission structure and payment schedule

6. **Customer Service**: Provide prompt customer service and handle complaints professionally

7. **Content Accuracy**: Ensure all tour information is accurate and up-to-date

8. **Safety Standards**: Maintain high safety standards for all equipment and activities

Vendors are responsible for their own tax obligations and business operations. We act as a booking platform only and are not responsible for vendor actions or omissions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of yourtourproviders.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

**Our Rights**:

- All website design, text, graphics, and interfaces are our property

- The arrangement and compilation of all content is our exclusive property

**User Content**:

1. **Standard Commission**: 20% of tour price

2. **Featured Listings**: 22-25% commission for enhanced visibility

3. **Payment Schedule**: Twice monthly (1st and 15th)

4. **Minimum Payout**: $100 threshold

5. **Payment Methods**: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods

6. **Service Fees**: Additional fees may apply for premium services

7. **Tax Responsibility**: Vendors are responsible for their own tax reporting

**Commission Adjustments**:

- Commission rates may be negotiated for high-volume vendors

- Special rates may apply for exclusive partnerships

- Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice

**Chargebacks**: We reserve the right to charge back any disputed amounts to vendors after investigation.

**Customer Complaints**:

1. All complaints must be submitted through our Resolution Center

2. Vendors must respond to complaints within 48 hours

3. We mediate disputes between customers and vendors

4. Refunds are processed only after vendor confirmation or proof validation

5. We follow industry standards similar to GetYourGuide, Viator, and TripAdvisor

**Arbitration Agreement**:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court.

**Governing Law**: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Country/State] without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

**Class Action Waiver**: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between us and you individually.
